Tasker AI provides AI software tools that enable developers, enterprise clients, and end-users to connect to user-permissioned sites, extract consumers’ (“end-users”) information, automate workflows, and manage identity access services for AI agents. These tools can be used by both businesses and consumers to access their own data, extract private data when prompted, collect requested public data, and automate various tasks on behalf of the end-user.

This Privacy Policy explains how Tasker AI collects, processes, shares, and uses data from end-users ("Users" or "End Users"). We facilitate the extraction and transfer of end-user information as directed by our users. Our use of this information is primarily for the purpose of enhancing and delivering our services. While we may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our service offerings, we do not use personal information outside the scope of service provision.

If you are an end-user accessing our services through a business client, please review the privacy policy and terms of service of that business, as they are responsible for handling your personal information in accordance with their agreements with you.

Due to the nature of AI agents where they are directed by the end-user, AI agents will come across a broad type of data during the execution of its workflows. To provide and support our services, we may store, process, and analyze both personal and business data including:

  2. IP Addresses: Used to identify and mitigate malicious activity and understand the geographic distribution of users.
  3. Device Fingerprints: Information about your device's hardware and software configurations to improve service compatibility and security.
  4. Cookies: Small data files stored on your device to manage, store, and transmit sessions and preferences.
  5. Geolocation: Data about your location to provide location-specific services and content.
  6. Timestamps: Records of when actions occur on our platform for security and auditing purposes.
  7. Browsing History and Session Actions: Information on how you navigate and interact with our service to improve user experience.
  8. User Agent and Software Versions: Details about your browser and operating system to optimize service delivery.

  13. Data Transferred to/from Browsers: Information sent to or received from browsers to enable AI agents to complete tasks effectively.
  14. Credentials: Information required to access user-permissioned services.

  2. Business Contact Details: Information such as email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses provided by the business.
  3. Business-Related Data: Data provided during the use of our services, such as project details, task requirements, and workflow information.
  4. Financial Information: Business financial details necessary for transactions and billing purposes.
  5. Business Operations Data: Information related to business operations, including task management, scheduling, and workflow automation.
  6. Client Information: Details about the business's clients that are necessary for the completion of tasks and workflows.
  7. Other Business Data: Any additional information necessary for the provision of our services to the business.

Use of Information

By using our service and sharing your personal and business information with us, you consent to Tasker AI storing, processing, and analyzing your data in accordance with this agreement. This allows us to deliver and support our services effectively. This includes:

  • Contacting you: to be able to communicate with you regarding our services
  • Analytics and Logging: Collecting and analyzing data to understand usage patterns, optimize performance, and ensure security.
  • AI Model Training: Using data to train and fine-tune AI models to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting AI Agents: Identifying and resolving issues to maintain the functionality and reliability of AI agents.
  • Support: aid and solve problems for our customers and answer their questions
  • Task Operation: Providing AI agents with the necessary data to perform tasks efficiently.

Purposes of Information Use

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  1. Executing Prompts for AI Agents: Managing inputs, outputs, and actions taken on user interfaces, including troubleshooting, content processing, and UI interactions for AI agents.
  2. System Improvement: Enhancing our systems, increasing predictive effectiveness, and refining AI models.
  3. Customer Support: Assisting users by answering questions or queries accurately and promptly.
  4. Answering Prompts for Q&A: Utilizing collected information to respond to user prompts and queries effectively, ensuring accurate and helpful responses.

By using our service, you consent to the processing of your information by these sub processors in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We ensure that all sub processors are compliant with applicable data protection regulations and that your data is handled securely.

Payment processing & Credit card information

Customers' credit card information may be stored or  processed by Stripe. However, if you enter credit card information during a flow of an AI agent that data will be stored by Strac, a third party vault and tokenization service. Tasker uses the utmost care to keep your information safe. 

Private Data and Access to User-Permissioned Services

When access to third-party websites requiring credentials is needed, Tasker AI will collect and store such information securely with third-party providers. Private data, including account numbers, credit card info, and passwords, are stored via vault and tokenization providers.

Accepting Third-Party Privacy and Cookie Services

During workflow or prompt execution, AI agents may accept privacy policies of third-party companies on your behalf. If you prefer not to accept such policies, please disable cookie privacy/GDPR observer settings.

Information from Third-Party Companies or Developers

When an end-user is serviced through a third-party company or developer using our services, Tasker AI may continue to receive information about the end-user. This includes all information transmitted during a browsing session, financial information, healthcare information, demographic information, business information, or any other information necessary to complete the session.

Right to remove your information

End-users directly serviced by taskers are able to remove all data associated with their use of Tasker platform services by emailing support@tasker.ai

This section is for residents of California or individuals whose personal information is collected in California. The terminology used herein aligns with definitions provided in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”)

  • Cohere:  helps us understand how users interact and use our product, which pages are visited, and how long visitors stay on our site. This information is used to improve the overall user experience.
  • Google Analytics:  tracks and reports website traffic and user behavior. This data helps us understand our audience better and optimize our website's performance and content.
  • Chatwoot: enables real-time customer support and communication through chat. It helps us address your questions and provide assistance directly on our website.

MINORS POLICY UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW

If you are under the age of 18 you may request deletion of your data. If you are the guardian of the child you can request removal of the information by contacting us on the information provided below.

DATA RETENTION POLICY

We will only retain your Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your Information for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
